U.S. Players Shine Against Cosmos

CARSON, CALIFORNIA -  The United States U15 Boys National Team has convened at the Home Depot Center for a week-long training camp. Tuesday was the group’s first test as they faced off against the New York Cosmos Academy West U16.

The U.S. controlled the run of play in the early stages of the game, but dropped off toward the latter part of the half. Cosmos were then able to control the ball in the midfield and offensive third, repeatedly out-muscling U.S. players for the ball.

Awesome Accomplishment for Patrick!

Congratulations to Patrick Khouri for being selected to the U.S. Men’s U14 National team in Mexico next month. This will be his first international appearance as he earned this spot by being one of the starting 11, playing the entire three matches during the Thanksgiving Inter-Regional event in Orlando last month.

Congratulations to Patrick Khouri, the only Lowcountry Player, who has been picked to represent the state of SC in the USYSA Under-14 Identification Camp in Concord, MA. We are very proud of Patrick and this wonderful accomplishment. He was chosen out of hundreds of other State players from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas North and Texas South.
