DISA Player Finding Success on ODP and International Scene

Gabe Conlin, who plays on the DISA Ajax u13 team and has been with DISA since his days in the junior micro program “The Gnats” and is currently in his second year of participating in the SC ODP program. In Gabe’s two years participating with South Carolina ODP he’s made quite an impression on the staff and ODP coaches. Last summer Gabe was selected be part of the team to be taken to regional ODP camp held in Alabama.

South Carolina ODP coach and Carolina FC director of coaching, Amer Resumovic, has reached out to invite Gabe to attend the Mondial Pupilles de Plomelin- Tournoi International de Football U13 with the Carolina FC 06 Boys Elite team this summer!

This will be the 34th edition of tournament which is located in Quimper, France. The competition will run from May 30th to June 2nd, 2019 and includes 72 teams that come from 30 countries and  5 different continents They expect 20,000 spectators to attend over the four days. Gabe will be playing teams from France, Belgium, and Holland. Mondial Pupilles de Plomelin is primarily ran by volunteers and the players will stay with host families. This is only the second team from the USA to attend the tourny.
